These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any case-evaluation or contact forms (the “Site”) operated by Legal Case Review LLC (“Legal Case Review,” “CaseReview.co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Important — please read. Legal Case Review is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. We do not evaluate the merits of any claim. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Legal Case Review or any attorney. This Site constitutes attorney advertising and/or advertising on behalf of attorneys. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

1. What the Site Does

The Site provides general information about certain legal matters and allows you to submit information to request a free, no-obligation case review. We may transmit the information you submit to one or more independent attorneys or law firms (such as Sharp Law LLP) who may contact you to discuss whether they can assist you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the services, advice, fees, or conduct of any attorney or law firm.

2. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

Nothing on the Site is legal advice. Information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your situation. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you sign a written agreement with an attorney or law firm. Submitting information through the Site does not, by itself, protect any legal rights, and legal claims are subject to deadlines (statutes of limitation). You are responsible for acting to protect your own rights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and your own.

5. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, fraudulent, or third-party information without authorization;
Not interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Legal Case Review LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site uses third-party services (for example, hosting, advertising and analytics pixels such as the Meta Pixel, and the TrustedForm consent-certification service) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY ATTORNEY WILL CONTACT YOU, ACCEPT YOUR MATTER, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGAL CASE REVIEW LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH AN ATTORNEY OR LAW FIRM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legal Case Review LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
