Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Legal Case Review LLC (“Legal Case Review,” “CaseReview.co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit this website or submit a case-evaluation form (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you complete a case-evaluation or contact form, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, state of residence, and answers to eligibility questions about the matter you are inquiring about (for example, whether and in which state you purchased a particular product).
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — including advertising and analytics pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel) used to measure campaigns and improve the Site.
- Consent and compliance records — to document your consent to be contacted, we use a third-party certification service (TrustedForm by ActiveProspect) that creates a certificate recording your interaction with the form, including a session recording, timestamp, and the consent language presented to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your inquiry and determine potential eligibility for a legal matter;
- To connect you with, and transmit your information to, one or more attorneys or law firms (such as Sharp Law LLP) that may be able to assist you;
- To contact you by telephone call, text/SMS message, and email regarding your inquiry, consistent with the consent you provided;
- To operate, maintain, measure, and improve the Site and our advertising campaigns;
- To maintain records of consent and to comply with applicable laws and legal process; and
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share the information you provide with:
- Attorneys and law firms. The information you submit may be provided to one or more attorneys or law firms that may represent clients in your area. An attorney or law firm may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your matter.
- Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, form processing, lead delivery, consent certification (TrustedForm/ActiveProspect), analytics, and communications.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Such as Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure and optimize advertising. These partners may set cookies or receive limited event data.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your contact information to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing unrelated to your inquiry.
4. Your Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By submitting a form, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by us and by the participating attorney(s) or law firm(s) at the phone number and email you provide, including via automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
To opt out: reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS, or reply HELP for help. To stop calls or emails, tell the caller or email privacy@casereview.co.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure ad performance, and attribute conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit, including consent records, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain proof of consent, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@casereview.co. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
